Between February 22 and March 9, 2007, written comments will be accepted at reliability@columbiagrid.org; all written comments will be posted on the ColumbiaGrid website - link to comments

Relevant Dates

February 21, 2007 - Board Meeting

• Take public input on the draft Agreement and modify as appropriate
• Release draft Agreement for public review and comment

February 22 through March 9, 2007 - Upon request, individual meetings with entities that are considering signing Agreement to provide additional briefing and to understand interests, not to negotiate modifications (contact Kristi Wallis at 1-206-726-1699 or kristiwallis@sprintmail.com to set up meeting)

March 21, 2007 - Board Meeting

• Discuss public input, determine what modification, if any, should be made to Agreement (depending upon the extent of public comments, this discussion may take place in an open work session prior to the March 21 Board Meeting)
• Finalize Agreement and offer for signature

April 18, 2007 - Board Meeting

• Execution of Agreement
